Whiting Estates is a 49-lot residential subdivision. The plat has been prepared and is ready for Board approval and signature. The developer is posting a performance security in the amount of $1,299,767.96. The streets will be public, and the water and sewer infrastructure will be dedicated to the County.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the final plat for Whiting Estates, accept performance security in the amount of $1,299,767.96, accept the plat dedications and authorize and approve the Chairman’s signature thereupon.
