BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) has received a Perpetual Utility Easement from Robert E. Bodiford, Jr. and Ryan W. Bodiford. This easement was granted to provide HCUD with a route across this parcel on Mason Smith Road for future installation, repairs, maintenance and upgrades as needed on Key No. 00360745.
This easement was inadvertently recorded into the Official Records (Book 4733, Page 1961) by the owner or owners’ representative prior to acceptance by the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners. No further action will be necessary once formally accepted by the Board.
