BRIEF OVERVIEW
On August 4, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners denied the Petitioner’s request to vacate a portion of a 20‘ Drainage Right-of-Way (DROW) and an adjacent 6’ Drainage and Utility Easement within Lot 5, Block 1536, of Spring Hill Unit 22 as recorded in the Plat Book 16, Page 74-75, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
The attached resolution reflects the Board’s denial of the Petitioner’s request, as determined at the hearing held on August 4, 2026.
