BRIEF OVERVIEW
The proposed Oak Hill Estates subdivision project requires a utility easement for the 8-inch water main that will provide water service to the subdivision. The required access easement is outside of the subdivision’s plat; therefore, a separate easement has been dedicated to Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) from the Oak Hills Golf Club, LLC for the purpose of clearing, constructing, operating, repairing and maintaining the water infrastructure that will be installed to service the Oak Hill Estates subdivision.
