BRIEF OVERVIEW
This proposed Revocable License Agreement allows non-profit Minnow Creek Conservancy, Inc., to use and occupy a portion of Jenkins Creek Park and Linda Pedersen Park for the purpose of shoreline stabilization and enhancing a natural walking-path. This license includes the right, privilege and permission for the Licensee and volunteers to enter upon said Park Properties for the purpose of providing material and labor at no cost for the specified projects:

Project 1 Enhance and stabilize approximately 890 linear feet of an existing walking path used for fishing and sightseeing on the west side of Jenkins Creek Park by installing recycled oyster shell material

Project 2 Restore eroded marsh shoreline and plant approximately 3,200 sq. ft. of marsh grass on the south side of Linda Pedersen Park

REQUIRED DATES IF APPROVED: In addition to the required signatures on Page 11 of the Revocable License Agreement, if approved:

a. Page 1 of the Revocable License Agreement would also need to be filled in with the date signed as being the date entered into agreement; and
b. Page 8 of the Revocable License Agreement would also need to be filled in with the date the license shall commence and remain in in effect through, which shall be for a period of twelve (12) months commencing on the date of the Chairman's signature.
