Resolution Amending Building Division Fee Schedule

BRIEF OVERVIEW
With the implementation of Tyler Enterprise Permit and Licensing Software, the Building Division reviewed their fees. The division had previously brought the fees to the Board in 2024. The following updates are only the fees listed in the Proposed fee column of the attached Exhibit “A”. The main purpose was to combine the current fee schedules that were listed under two prior resolutions to make it more transparent and easier to understand.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Building Division will receive revenue used to offset costs associated with services provided.

The Board has authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board adopt the proposed Building Division Fee Schedule adjustments and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached associated resolution.
