BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD) is in the beginning stages of a US 41 sewer force main upsizing project that will run from Ayers Road to Runway Drive. It has been determined that the most feasible route for a portion of the proposed force main is outside of an existing HCUD easement. The owner of the land/parcel through which the new force main is proposed to run, Tampa Land Holdings, LLC (Key No. 384890), has granted HCUD the easement required for construction of the parcel’s portion of the new force main, as well as any future maintenance, repairs, upgrades, etc.

There is no financial impact.

It is recommended that the Board accept the Exclusive Perpetual Utility Easement from Tampa Land Holdings, LLC.
