First Amendment to Revocable License Agreement With Premio Foods, Inc., for Use of Parking Area Located at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport Until November 30, 2027

BRIEF OVERVIEW

Premio Foods, Inc., a food manufacturer located at 16170 Aviation Loop Drive within the Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport and Technology Center has requested to extend its sublease parking space for employee parking located at the County Parks and Recreation facility located at 16161 Flight Path Drive, Brooksville, Florida.

 

The five-year extension license agreement for 24,493 square feet of paved parking area will commence on December 1, 2019, and terminate on November 30, 2027.  The rates are as follows:

 

                     Year 1 - $2,449

                     Year 2 - $2,572

                     Year 3 - $2,701

                     Year 4 - $2,836

                     Year 5 - $2,978

                     Year 6 - $3,127

                     Year 7 - $3,283

                     Year 8 - $3,447

 

Premio Foods, Inc., is currently located in two facilities at the Technology Center with more than 90 employees.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

Parks and Recreation General Fund Revenue-Account 0011-04441-3621200 (License - Use Real Property) - Year 1 - $2,449; Year 2 - $2,572; Year 3 - $2,701; Year 4 - $2,836; Year 5 - $2,978; Year 6 - $3,127; Year 7 - $3,283; Year 8 - $3,447.

 

LEGAL NOTE

Reviewed and approved for form and sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office.  The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Chairman's signature on the attached First Amendment to Revocable License Agreement with Premio Foods, Inc.
