Extension of 2024 Tax Rolls Prior to Completion of Value Adjustment Board Hearings

BRIEF OVERVIEW
In compliance with Section 197.323, Florida Statutes, it is requested that the Board order the 2024 Tax Rolls to be extended prior to the completion of the Value Adjustment Board hearings. The extension will allow the Tax Collector’s office to mail the 2024 tax notices in a timely manner by November 1, 2024.
