BRIEF OVERVIEW
An Off System Construction and Maintenance Agreement between the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and Hernando County has been received for construction activities associated with the Shoal Line Boulevard from Jewfish Drive to Calienta Street project.

The project is included in the FDOT Work Program, Project Number FM 452889-1-52-01, and consists of construction of, but are not limited to, milling, resurfacing, construction on Shoal Line Boulevard between Jewfish Drive and Calienta Street. The project will be located in the same general location and run in the same alignment as the existing roadway. The FDOT proposes to undertake and to complete all aspects of the project, including but not limited to the design, construction, construction inspection, utilities, permits, and other associated tasks.

The FDOT requires a resolution of Agency with respect to such Agreements. An associated resolution is attached for the Board's consideration and approval, to be made a part thereof, as EXHIBIT "C", of the Off System Construction and Maintenance Agreement.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
In accordance with the Three-Party Escrow Agreement approved November 7, 2023, Hernando County transferred $556,232.00 from the following account into an FDOT Escrow Account for the Shoal Line Blvd resurfacing project.
