Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) has received a Perpetual Utility Easement from O’Reilly Automotive Stores Inc. This easement is needed to provide HCUD access to existing utility infrastructure for future repairs, maintenance, and upgrades as needed at 31208 Cortez Boulevard in Ridge Manor (Key No. 1227504).

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board accept the Perpetual Utility Easement between O’Reilly Automotive Stores, Inc. and Hernando County Water and Sewer District. Once accepted, the document shall be recorded in public records by the Hernando County Clerk of Court.
