BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Board approved the above purchase order agreement with Lutheran Services Florida Inc., d/b/a LSF health systems on September 9, 2025, to administer, implement, and manage the opioid settlement for Hernando County. However, the link in Section 4.1.1 of the agreement regarding employment background screening link was changed and the Department of Children and Families is seeking to update all agreements.
LSF Health System has provided Amendment 100 to update the contract which is presented now for approval.

The Board has authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Amendment 100 to Purchase Order Agreement with Lutheran Services Florida, Inc., d/b/a LSF Health Systems.
