BRIEF OVERVIEW
Avalon West is a 129-lot residential subdivision. The plat has been prepared and is ready for Board approval and signature. The associated performance bond release and subsequent maintenance bond will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners at an upcoming hearing. The streets will be public, and the water and sewer infrastructure will be dedicated to the County.

There are no budgetary impacts associated with the recommended action.

The Board has the authority to take the recommended action pursuant to Chapter 26, Hernando County Code of Ordinances, and Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the final plat for Avalon West Phase 1, accept the plat dedications and authorize and approve the Chairman’s signature thereupon.
