BRIEF OVERVIEW
Daniel and Lauren Miley have submitted a petition to vacate two inner easements lying within Lots 19 and 20, Block 91, Ridge Manor Estates, Unit 2, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 88, of the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida. The vacation is sought to construct a shop within the area of the easements. All affected utilities and County departments have indicated no objection to the request.
