Developer M/I Homes of Tampa, LLC is requesting to release the $6,497,503.66 Performance Bond and enter into the Maintenance Period for the Anderson Snow project. They have posted a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $1,299,500.73 to secure the related subdivision.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the release of the Performance Bond for Anderson Snow Subdivision and accept the Maintenance Bond from M/I Homes of Tampa, LLC in the amount of $1,299,500.73 for a period of 18 months as required by County Ordinance.
