BRIEF OVERVIEW
Etchison, LLC has been a tenant in good standing since 2018 with improvements located at 15161 Technology Drive. Etchison, LLC sold the interest in their business to EEC Acquisitions, LLC (a division of Smart Care Group) in July 2021. EEC Acquisitions is now assigning this lease to Turbo Technicians, LLC which is a different division of Smart Care Group.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact to the Airport.

Reviewed and approved for form and sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office. The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached Consent to Lease Assignment and Recognition Agreement between Hernando County, EEC Acquisitions, LLC and Turbo Technicians, LLC.
