BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hensley Holdings, LLC (Key No. 76027) and Goodwin Bros. Construction, Inc. (Key No. 76330), have submitted a petition to vacate undeveloped Right-of-Way within Section 29, Township 21 South, Range 19 East, Hernando County. The vacation is sought in order to construct additional parking and uses consistent with the BVL Oyster Bar on on the Hensley Holdings lot. All affected utilities and County departments have indicated no objection to the request.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board take public comment on the request, approve the vacation of the Right-of-Way, and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the related resolution, after which it will be recorded in the Public Records of Hernando County, Florida.
