BRIEF OVERVIEW
The construction bids came in for Jenkins Creek Fishing Pier Replacement. The lowest bid is $894,500.00.
Staff currently budgeted $450,000, which included the design purchase order costs of $114,782.00 leaving a total available amount at $335,782.00 after design. Staff would need an additional $558,718.00 if we were to go forward with this project.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
An additional $558,718.00 is required to fund this capital improvement project.
