To adjust and balance funds from FY24 to FY25 carry forwards for the grant department 33507, “The Hut” grant project.

Decrease revenue account Fund:  4144 - HCUD-Capital, Department:  33507 - HCUD-Hut ST&FM WG024, Account:  3999078 - Transfer/Grant Match in the amount of ($346,404) and decrease expenditure account Fund:  4144 - HCUD-Capital, Department:  07244 - HCUD-Capital, Account:  5999078 - Transfer-Grant match in the amount of ($346,404).

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached budget resolution to adjust/balance the named grant department.
