Staff received the attached letter from Wesley Elias, District Manager for the Emerald Creek Community Development District, transmitting the District’s fiscal year 2026-2027 proposed budget approved by the District’s Board of Supervisors. A public hearing on the proposed budget has been scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 9:30 a.m., at the Offices of Coastal Engineering Associates located at 966 Candlelight Boulevard, Brooksville, FL.
