BRIEF OVERVIEW
On March 12, 2024, the Board approved award of Contract No. 23-RFP00375/TPR to ITI Digital, LLC for the Digital Experience Platform - Automated Feeds for Places (Company Listings), Events, Itineraries, and UGC, with Wordpress and DXP Hosting and Maintenance for a total contract value of $169,400.00 over three years (Year One Rate: $63,800.00; Years Two and Three Rate: $52,800.00.)

The Tourism Department is asking to include the following services as they relate to the Digital Experience Platform or DXP:

* A new DXP Module called the Travel Buddy, an AI Assistant (chatbot) that will assist visitors in planning their trips to Florida's Adventure Coast;
* Updates to the existing Places and Events Modules that will integrate the two feeds so that users can see what is happening near their location, referred to as Connecting Events and Places and Add-On Events and Places;
* Advanced search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure the Florida's Adventure Coast website ranks well in organic search including analytics, content audit and performance optimization;
* Pricing to add other DXP modules during the life of the contract;
* Pricing for content creation for future projects or services that may be required to respond to market trends, content development strategies, or to adapt to evolving technology; and,

Amendment No. 1 will provide additional services with anticipated additional spend of $44,000.00 in Year Two and $40,000.00 in Year Three. Increasing the three-year total contract amount from $169,400.00 to $253,400.00. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
