Developer William Ryan Homes Florida, Inc., is requesting to release the $6,256,173.26 Performance Bond for Pine Cone Subdivision and enter into the Maintenance Period for the Pine Cone Subdivision project. William Ryan Homes Florida, Inc., has met the conditions of the performance bond, and they have posted a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $791,702.74 for Pine Cone Subdivision to secure the related subdivision.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the release of the Performance Bond for Pine Cone Subdivision and accept the Maintenance Bond from William Ryan Homes Florida, Inc., in the amount of $791,702.74 for Pine Cone Subdivision for a period of 18 months as required by County Ordinance.
