BRIEF OVERVIEW
Hernando County has a Sidetrack Agreement with CSX Transportation, Inc., in place since 2022. 84 Lumber is a tenant of the Railpark at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport utilizing the railroad sidetrack. This Supplemental Sidetrack Agreement formally gives 84 Lumber permission to use the sidetrack located at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport (BKV) as long as the agreement remains in effect and adheres to the conditions of the agreement. The agreement shall remain in effect until such time as any party terminates the agreement by giving a thirty (30) day written notice to all parties.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
There is no financial impact.

It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on attached Supplemental Sidetrack Agreement No. CSX966035002 with CSX Transportation, Inc., and 84 Lumber Company.
