BRIEF OVERVIEW

The recipients below received a second mortgage loan funded through Hernando County’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program for either down payment assistance or housing rehabilitation.  Payments were received to satisfy the conditions of the loans and a Satisfaction of Mortgage for each is presented for Board approval.

 

                     Richard Block - 11710 Linden Dr., Spring Hill - in the amount of $19,893.50

                     Marie Gotay - 4112 Thunderbird Ave., Spring Hill - in the amount of $4,488.75

                     Ashley L. Muzika - 6364 Post Court, Spring Hill - in the amount of $19,744.00

                     Ruthe Nadine Weikel - 10412 Timbercrest Rd., Spring Hill - in the amount of $8,647.10

 

Funds totaling $40.00 were received by recipients to satisfy the mortgage and deposited with finance.
