BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) is applying for the FY 2025 Local Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program in the amount of $42,098. HCSO will use these funds to purchase approximately 5 in-car cameras for patrol vehicles.
The attached Certifications and Assurances by the Chief Executive of the Applicant Government is required to be signed by the Chairman.

Once awarded, the grant funds will be budgeted through the Sheriff’s Office with no impact to the board.
