BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Fire Station No. 3 Exterior Painting was awarded by the Board on January 11, 2022, under Qualifications Contract No. 19-R00007 with assigned Quote No. Sixty-Two (62) to Specialized Property Services, Inc., in the amount of $65,314.00.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Two (2) in the amount of $32,209.00 to Specialized Property Services, Inc. to close out Contract No.19-R00007 Qualifications Contract, Quote No. Sixty-two (62) for the Hernando County Fire Station No. 3 Exterior Painting.
The final Contract amount is $65,314.00, a Contract amount equal to BOCC award.
