BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Tourist Development Council (TDC) has recommended Marketing Grants for six events on Florida’s Adventure Coast. A summary of the applicants, events and grant recommendations is attached.
All TDC Special Event Marketing Grants are funded by the 5% Tourist Development Tax; a tax collected on transient lodging rentals of less than six months.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The recommended grant awards total $10,400. The available budget for grant funding is currently $60,000.
