Approval of Affordable Housing Rehabilitation Program Policy

BRIEF OVERVIEW
In an effort to document program policy guidelines and procedures used by Housing and Supportive Services (HSS) staff in the fulfillment of residential rehabilitation activities offered under the State Housing Initiative Partnership Program (SHIP) and the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Housing and Supportive Services has attached the proposed rehabilitation policy for consideration in support of affordable housing programs and strategies to strengthen and preserves the existing housing stock within the County.

The Board has authority to take this action pursuant to Chapter 125, F. S.

It is recommended that the Board approve the attached Housing and Supportive Services Rehabilitation Policy.
