BRIEF OVERVIEW
Staff was tasked with developing a scope of work and fee for a Road Safety Audit (RSA) on Spring Hill Drive between Linden Drive and Coronado Drive. One purpose of the RSA is to determine pedestrian access/issues with crossing Spring Hill Drive to access Veterans Park. The attached task order fee for the RSA is $38,078.40.
Attached for the Board’s review is the Scope of the RSA Spring Hill - Veteran’s Park and Task Order 10 (Exhibit “B”). The work will be performed by Stantec Consulting Services under Continuing Traffic Engineering Services Contract 23-RFQ00414.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the attached Task Order No. 10 for the Road Safety Audit on Spring Hill Drive between Linden Drive and Coronado Drive. It is further recommended that the Board approve the attached associated budget amendment.
