Hernando HMA, LLC d/b/a Bayfront Health Brooksville is a tenant in good standing. They have entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Florida Health Sciences Center, Inc., d/b/a Tampa General Hospital and therefore request that the Board approve the assignment of their corporate hangar lease agreement and obligations.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport’s revenue will not be impacted.
