BRIEF OVERVIEW
Received the attached letter from Mr. Darryl Adams, District Manager for the Sterling Hill Community Development District, transmitting the fiscal year 2026-2027 proposed budget approved by the Board of Supervisors of the Sterling Hill Community Development District (the “Board”).
A public hearing on the proposed budget has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m., at the North Sterling Hill North Clubhouse located at 4411 Sterling Hill Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida, 34609.
The information submitted is in accordance with Section 190.008(2)(b), Florida Statutes.
