BRIEF OVERVIEW
Request:
Reestablish a Master Plan on a Property Zoned PDP(GC)/Planned Development Project (General Commercial) with Specific C-2 Uses, with Deviations
General Location:
North side of County Line Road, approximately 340' east of Seven Hills Drive.
Hearing Detail:
On July 8, 2024, Planning and Zoning hearing was canceled due to a lack of a quorum. According to state statue, at least three (3) voting members are required in order to conduct a meeting. The hearing will be rescheduled for a future date as a Special Hearing.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
A matter of policy. There is no financial impact.
LEGAL NOTE
The Planning and Zoning Commission has jurisdiction to make a recommendation on the subject application. The Applicable Criteria for Planned Development Projects are contained in Appendix A, (Zoning Code) Article VIII. The Planned Development Project master plan must be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Planning and Zoning Commission postpone the petitioner request to Reestablish a Master Plan on a Property Zoned PDP(GC)/Planned Development Project (General Commercial) with Specific C-2 Uses, with Deviations in order to provide additional time to coordinate with the petitioner. As the Item was advertised for public hearing, an action to postpone to a future hearing, Planning and Zoning Commission hearing is requested by staff.
