BRIEF OVERVIEW
Cabot Citrus OpCo, LLC (Cabot) has a development project that requires sewer service from Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD). Cabot has agreed to grant a Perpetual Utility Easement on Key No. 327337 to HCUD which will provide HCUD with access for the maintenance, repairs, etc., for the 8-inch master wastewater meter assembly which will serve the Cabot Citrus Development.
