Resolution Amending Resolution No. 2025-195 Adopted on November 18, 2025, Relating to Execution of Public Transportation Grant Agreement With Florida Department of Transportation Under Federal Transit Administration Section 5311 Program Grant Funding and Associated Budget Resolution

body

BRIEF OVERVIEW

On November 18, 2025, the Board adopted Resolution 2025-195 allowing submittal of a Public Transportation Grant (PTGA) application and execution of a Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) grant agreement for capital funding.  Project costs were estimated then at $93,916; however, grant no. G3Q09 awarded $100,000 to purchase additional Infotainment screens to be installed on Transit vans.

The attached proposed resolution amends Resolution No. 2025-195 to reflect the amount granted-from $93,916 to $100,000-and to specify the grant which the resolutions applies to.  Board approval of the grant agreement is also required.
