BRIEF OVERVIEW
Acceptance of the modification to agreement H0454, Project 4337-074-R Gulfview Drive to extend the agreement to end January 31, 2023, and increase the federal funding to the maximum amount payable.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Increase in revenue in the amount of $16,423.00. The County is only a pass through and there is no monetary obligations or liability, the property owners assumed 100% to fund the project and request incremental reimbursements from the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) as contractor invoices are received and paid.

The Board is authorized to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, F.S.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached modification to subgrant agreement between the Division of Emergency Management and Hernando County and attached associated budget resolution.
