BRIEF OVERVIEW
At the Intergovernmental Agency Meeting on March 14, 2024, the Board, the School Board, and the City of Brooksville discussed bringing the Interlocal Agreement for Mutual Use of Facilities back to their Board to get approval.
Attached for the Board’s review and consideration is an Interlocal Agreement for the Mutual Use of Facilities between the School Board of Hernando County, Hernando County, And City of Brooksville.
The Agreement shall commence upon the date executed by the last party hereto (the effective date) and expire on July 31, 2026.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve and authorize the Vice Chairman’s signature on the attached Interlocal Agreement for the Mutual Use of Facilities.
