Received the attached letter from Jayna Cooper, District Manager for the Sterling Hill Community Development District, transmitting the District’s fiscal year 2022-2023 proposed budget approved by the District’s Board of Supervisors. A public hearing on the proposed budget has been scheduled for August 18, 2022, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the Sterling Hill North Clubhouse located at 4411 Sterling Hill Boulevard, Spring Hill Florida, 34609.
