BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Water & Sewer District seeks approval of a purchase agreement with Hawk Sunrise, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, in order to establish a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) on a portion of Parcel Key No. 1843535. This property acquisition is part of Article 3.10 of the Sunrise Development Agreement of which the seller is a successor.
The parcel is located east of I-75 and south of Cortez Boulevard along Kettering Road. The negotiated price is $570,000.00. The Legal Description is as follows:
