Hernando County Water and Sewer District (HCUD) has received a Perpetual Utility Easement from 4685 Mazco, LLC. This easement is needed to provide development access for connection to existing HCUD utilities through the Regency Oaks Commercial Subdivision at 4685 Commercial Way, Key No. 1299516.
