Budget Amendment Transferring Funds From HCSO Revenue Fund Reserves to Provide Funding for Various Sheriff’s Office Projects

BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is requesting a budget transfer from HCSO Revenue Fund reserves totaling $360,000. These funds will be used, along with current funding, to complete the following projects.
Booking Remodel - $15,000
Bravo Replacement Doors (Food Flaps) - $120,000
MTI Retrofit - $50,000
Central Control Renovation - $100,000
Camera Upgrade (Full Facility with AI) - $225,000
FINANCIAL IMPACT
A total of $360,000 has been requested from the Sheriff’s Office for the projects listed above. Funding will be available in the following, after approval of the budget transfer:
