BRIEF OVERVIEW
On December 15, 2020, the Board approved the construction of the Airport’s Technology Drive and Telcom Drive Extension project with cost-sharing contributions from the Department of Public Works Department (DPW) and Hernando County Utilities Department (HCUD). The final construction payment was approved on July 11, 2023, with the remaining cost-share payment totaling $295,289.26 for DPW and $50,333.00 for HCUD. To process final cost-share payment to Airport Operations the transfer accounts need to be increased by $129,650.00 for DPW and $30,855.00 for HCUD. The attached budget resolution is submitted for Board approval to increase the budget in the amount of $160,505.00 to cover the Airport Operation transfer payment.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached budget resolution increasing various revenue and expenditure transfer accounts for the Airport totaling $345,623.00 to allow process final cost-share payments from DPW and HCUD for the Technology/Telcom Extension Project.
