Resolution Adopting Community Redevelopment Agency Budget for FY 2024

BRIEF OVERVIEW
Chapter 189, Florida Statutes, requires that the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) adopt a budget each fiscal year by resolution. The proposed budget is contained within the adopted budget of the Board of County Commissioners in accordance with the requirements of Florida Statutes.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Funding was adopted by the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners for the Community Redevelopment Agency Budget for Kass Circle on September 26, 2023.
LEGAL NOTE
The CRA has the authority to discuss this item under Chapter 163, Part III, and Chapter 189, Part I, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the attached budget resolution and authorize the Chairman's signature upon it.
