BRIEF OVERVIEW

Request:

Master Plan Revision on Property Zoned PDP(NC)/Planned Development Project (Neighborhood Commercial)

General Location:

North side of County Line Road, approximately 670' east of Cobblestone Drive

Hearing Detail:

On February 13, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-0 to recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a resolution approving the petitioner’s request for a Master Plan revision on Property Zoned PDP(NC)/Planned Development Project (Neighborhood Commercial) with unmodified performance conditions.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT

A matter of policy.  There is no financial impact.

The Board has the authority to act on this matter pursuant to Chapter 125, Florida Statutes.

RECOMMENDATION

It is recommended the Board adopt a resolution approving the petitioner’s request for a Master Plan revision on Property Zoned PDP(NC)/Planned Development Project (Neighborhood Commercial) with unmodified performance conditions.  It is further recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached associated resolution.
