BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Hazardous Waste Facility Renovation Project was awarded by the Board on October 10, 2021, Doc Id. No. 18856, to Seggie Custom Builders, LLC in the amount of $198,410.72 This project is Quote No Thirty-One (31) under Contract No. 19-R00007 Construction Services under $200K.
Change Order No. One (1) was a No Cost Time Extension of 45 days due to labor and materials supply issues. For a new completion date November 6, 2022.
Change Order No. Two (2) was a No Cost Time Extension of 14 days due to labor and hurricane closure issues. for a new completion date November 20, 2022.
The final Contract amount is $198,410.72 (PO No. 22000276).

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended the Board approve final pay request No. Four (4) in the amount of $90,846.37 to Seggie Custom Builder, LLC to close out Contract No. 19-R00007-31 for Hazardous Waste Facility Renovation Project under Contract No. 19-R00007 Construction Services under $200K.
The final Contract amount for this unit is $198,410.72 a Contract amount equal to BOCC award.
