Chad Sasser is requesting a lease agreement, for agricultural use only, with Hernando County for real property located at Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional Airport. The property consists of approximately 258 acres with no structures or other improvements upon the land. The term of the lease agreement is five years, commencing on December 12, 2023, and terminating on December 11, 2028, with no renewal options.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
The Airport will receive annual revenue in the amount of at least $5,160.00 in Account No. 4311-07411-3620052 - Lease-Agriculture.
