RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend the Board of County Commissioners adopt a Resolution approving a rezoning from AG/(Agricultural) to PDP(HHC)/ Planned Development Project (Heavy Highway Commercial) for a Truck Service Establishment, with performance conditions.
