BRIEF OVERVIEW

SV Tampa Land, L.P. is developing a subdivision within Hernando County to be called Pinery. This Perpetual Utility Easement and Right-of-Way is needed to provide water and sewer services for the subdivision. This will give HCUD legal access to all their assets located in the development.

It is recommended that the Board accept the attached Perpetual Utility Easement from SV Tampa Land LP to Hernando County Water and Sewer District.
