Staff is requesting the Board approve the final release of retainage in the amount of $16,524.30 to American Construction Services, Inc., for Americans with Disabilities Act Bus Stop Improvements Project, Contract No. 22-CG0064/DK.
The amount of retainage remaining provided by Mass Transit on August 18, 2023, was incorrect. The amount in the Final Pay Request No. 6 for retainage was listed as $2,902.02. There is an additional $16,524.30 in retainage remaining to be paid to American Construction Services, Inc.
