RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve the final plat for Whiting Estates Phase 2 and accept the agreement to not release Certificates of Occupancy until such time as the required and approved buffers are completed, along with the maintenance bond placed by the developer for the on-and-off-site improvements in accordance with the Hernando County Code of Ordinances.
