The amount to transfer for the purchase of the property to the Utilities Department is $145,082.00. Funding for the Rhanbuoy Road property acquisition and associated closing costs is available in Account No. 0012-00012-5606101. The funds are to be deposited into the Utilities Account No. 4111-3641061 “Sale of Surplus Land.”

RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the Board approve and authorize the Chairman’s signature on the attached quit claim deed and resolution transferring property from the Hernando County Water and Sewer District to the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners to provide additional space for the West Side Hernando County Tax Collector’s Office, in the amount of $145,082.00 and approve and authorize the County Administrator’s signature on the attached Certificate of Disposition of Utility System Property.
